Meditation Group - completed

If you're interested in starting to meditate regularly, or if you've been trying to meditate but it's been a struggle, this weekly meditation group aims to give you the tools to get yourself going and the support to keep you on track.

It is often said that without meditation lasting progress on a spiritual path is very difficult because meditation is how we check on our mind as we change it into one that can help all being and ourselves be truly happy.

During the session, there will be some instruction, some seated meditation, some walking meditation and a chance to discuss any questions or issues you may have.
